Ingredient List
For the broth:
- 4 tsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 shallot
- .75C roasted sunflower seeds
- 2tbsp soy sauce
- 2tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2tsp chili oil
- 1tbsp minced ginger
- 3tbsp miso paste
- red pepper flakes (to taste)
- 4C mushroom or vegetable broth of your choosing
- Ramen noodles (cooked)
- .5C firm Tofu, chopped
- Corn and Mushroom
- Prepare your tofu by cutting into cubes, and then bake to your desire
- Chop the shallot and garlic and add to a heated skillet with 2tsp sesame oil, cook 3-4 minutes or until softened
- Place into blender with the sunflower seeds, soy sauce, nutritional yeast, 2 tsp sesame oil, chili oil, ginger, miso paste, pepper flakes and broth
- Blend the mixture for 4-5 minutes or until smooth
- Place the mixed broth into a pan and heat to boiling for 4-5 minutes
- Place the heated broth into a bowl
- Add your cooked ramen noodles, baked tofu
