Vegan Noodle Soup

Ingredient List

  1. Prepare your tofu by cutting into cubes, and then bake to your desire
  2. Chop the shallot and garlic and add to a heated skillet with 2tsp sesame oil, cook 3-4 minutes or until softened
  3. Place into blender with the sunflower seeds, soy sauce, nutritional yeast, 2 tsp sesame oil, chili oil, ginger, miso paste, pepper flakes and broth
  4. Blend the mixture for 4-5 minutes or until smooth
  5. Place the mixed broth into a pan and heat to boiling for 4-5 minutes
  6. Place the heated broth into a bowl
  7. Add your cooked ramen noodles, baked tofu
